Which cards and payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment using all major debit and credit cards, securely via Wix Payments. These include: Visa, Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and Maestro. We also accept Apple Pay.

Why are a lot of the items made to order?

As you can tell from our product range, there are a lot of different colours and lengths of tillers, tiller extensions and spinnaker poles (often with many options) that we offer, therefore it is not practical for us to make up stock of all of the different products. Consequently we provide many of our carbon fibre products on a made to order basis. This also has the benefit of enabling us to make items with exactly the options you need.

We do try and maintain a little stock of some colours of the 1250mm or shorter tiller extensions, ready to have the chosen UJ added and then to be packed and despatched, usually the next working day if we do have what you need in stock.

How are your Tiller Extensions and Spinnaker Poles made?

All of our extensions and poles are roll wrapped over an aluminium mandrel with several layers of carbon fibre. Yes, they are carbon fibre! The exact number of layers of cloth depends slightly on the finished colour as some of the colourful top layers vary slightly in weight and therefore thickness. They are made to very exacting details and specifications. They are all finished by hand and we add the required fittings with extreme care to make them into the product you need and of course to ensure that they are light, strong and usually colourful!

What if I don't see exactly what I need?

If you need different fitting(s), finish, type of grip on a tiller extension, different length, wall thickness or outer diameter (currently all of our Tiller Extensions are 22mm OD and most of our Spinnaker Poles are 33mm OD) then please contact us. We may well be able to produce what you need and / or will consider adding it to our product range.

How do you measure the length of your Tiller Extensions?

The length specified for our Tiller Extensions does NOT include the length of the UJ or the 2-3mm of thickness of the end cap.

We can produce any of our Tiller Extensions up to 2500mm (2.5 metres!) long so if you need a different length to those we show on our website, please let us know and we can produce that for you.

How do you ship my order?

We pack each order by hand and in carefully chosen packaging to do our best to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. We use a variety of delivery couriers depending on the item(s) ordered and for all but the smallest of orders it will be using a tracked / recorded service.
